Conscious Connected Breathwork

A Little About Stacey Hart

My journey of exploration began over 25 years ago when I started my training as a counsellor, I was committed to helping others, and have dedicated my journey to helping others through trauma and grief. I  developed skills balancing peoples nervous systems and helping them to navigate life to live life to the full.

I discovered Breathwork  entirely by accident and was blown away by the sheer power of the breath. At this point I decided I wanted to share my experience and bring it to others. Through this practice I experienced creative insights and enhanced clarity allowing for profound healing and growth. I realised the conscious connected breath served as a gateway to reconnect with my inner self.

I am now passionate about making this healing practise accessible to everyone, enabling all to experience innner peace and connect with themselves on a deeper level.

My Experience

With over two decades of experience working with trauma, I have honed my skills towards empowering individuals in leading more peaceful, meaningful, and joyful lives. My therapeutic approach is rooted in safety and connection, allowing clients to explore their emotions and experiences in a supportive environment. Completing my training at The Alchemy of Breath has further solidified our commitment to this transformative practice. I invite you to join us on this journey of healing and self-discovery through conscious connected breathwork.

As an expert grief counsellor and trauma specialist, I was asked to be the consultant for this book.
